Born in 1961 in the city of Mar del Plata.
She currently lives and works in Buenos Aires.
She graduated with a BA in Art History from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1992. To complement her artistic training, she attended various art workshops, including those led by José María Cáceres, Julio Flores, and Guillermo Kexel. She was a fellow of the Kuitca Grant (Beca Kuitca) between 1997 and 1998, and participated in the artwork critique sessions (Encuentro de Confrontación de obra) of Proyecto Trama from its inception in 2000, later joining its organizing committee. Since 1991, she has served as a tenured professor of Design and Experimentation in the Higher Technical Degree in Fashion and Apparel Design program at the Asociación Biblioteca de Mujeres. Between 2000 and 2003, she traveled throughout Argentina as a mentor for the Emerging Artists Clinics organized by the Fundación Antorchas. Concurrently, she began teaching young artists in her own studio, a practice she continues to this day. She served as educational curator for the 7th Bienal do Mercosul, Grito e escuta, in Porto Alegre (2009). In 2013, she was head of the education department at the Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, where she designed and developed the program El laberinto de los sentidos (The Labyrinth of the Senses).
She was an artist-in-residence at Sundaymorning@ekwc, Netherlands (2010), and at the Residencia Internacional Argentina de Artistas (RIAA) in Ostende (2007). Among her multiple accolades, she received the Platinum Konex Award in the Textile Art category in 2012 and the 1st Painting Prize awarded by the Fundación Federico Jorge Klemm in 1999. That same year, she was awarded a Creation Grant by the Fundación Antorchas and a Creation Project Fellowship from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes.
